Yellow have been commissioned by Activesky to deliver this comprehensive platform to Quantas Airlines, allowing them to place their air miles loyalty scheme in the hands of everyone of their regular passengers. Bringing what has gone before on the internet right through to
Yellow will be working on delivering the graphical interfaces and animated idents for this project over the coming months, ensuring that the application is highly visual while being easy to use for all customers.
A great occasion in a great location
Yellow have been busy deploying the marketing programme for this year’s RUA Art exhibition. An occasion when all works of art, inspiration and great names of the art world can come together and share their passion for what is up and coming and what has gone before.
For the team at yellow it has been great to get working on a brief that allowed us the opportunity to create collateral that was outside of the norm. The archived images of Belfast’s shipyard and its magnificent drawing rooms that we were able to access enabled us to create a final piece that is representative of the times both old and new. Reflecting what this years RUA exhibition is all about.

Fermanagh Council utilises the full benefits of broadband to communicate across the county and further a field.
Bringing all our marketing knowledge, digital media experience and sheer enthusiasm to this project has been one of the highlights of 2008. Working with our partners at Gate49.tv we have developed a video platfom website that is built around our broadcaster content management system.
By deploying bespoke modules of this CMS we were able to deliver a video platform that allows Fermanagh Council the opportunity to upload video content on all the best features of their beautiful county.
With a launch date of early September 2008, Gate49.tv are busy training home grown talent in how to achieve professional broadcast quality videos shot in a journalistic style. So with a busy Summer we’re all in line to see the fruits of our labour. Stay tuned and we’ll keep you posted on the exact dates.
At the earliest stage of development we thought that this idea had great merit, mainly due to its simplicity. Like all successful ideas that we see today its mainly due to their ease-of-use and the fact that the consumer quickly understands whats on offer. The ipod being the classic example.
Creating the brand from scratch, we had some immediate hurdles to overcome. The first being the name of which we could build the brand around. Working through a staged process of market research, concepts and brand refinement we soon had identified the brand values to what would differentiate Cocoon in the established markets for which it was to enter.
The next obvious challenge was that as a concept we had no working assets to build our marketing programme around so we set about creating hi-end 3D visuals of Cocoon , animating the deployment stage we were then able to generate astonishing visuals. Amazing to think that we had brought this idea to live even though it was only still at ‘proof of concept stage.
Cocoon has went on to win the Invest NI smart awards and has been highly supported by Enterprise Ireland. Giving the entire project great credibility as it gains international recognition for its innovativion and cost saving deploymen.
Bookings go beyond our own expectations.
As of March 2008, we’re pleased to announce that the newly commissioned website belfastattractions.co.uk has proven to be a great success with bookings 165% ahead of target. Aimed soley at promoting professional tours to the influx of tourists arriving on our shores for a short break the site is gaining traction from across mainland UK, Europe and the East coast of the USA.
With some obvious features such as clear price pointing and fluent booking form, the user can quickly browse a cross the extensive range of tours and
know exactly what is on offer. Something we identified early on that was missing on many tourism websites.
With in-flight magazine ads and extensive online advertising, the marketing budget has been well engineered for maximum impact. With tractability being provided by google analytics we’re in a position to get a clear understanding of what our audience are attracted to within the site and using our broadcaster content management system we’re quickly able to adapt our offerings to make them even more appealing.
